Today, State Sec. Rice will represent the Bush administration at a U.N. Security Council meeting on the situation in Israel and the Gaza strip. On Saturday, Israeli troops launched a ground offensive into the Gaza Strip. C-SPAN will present the U.N Security Council meeting (courtesy UN-TV.).
